What payment methods do you accept?

You can make payment to your invoice via a variety of methods; Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Cheque.
We accept credit card in the form of Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Further information on accepted payment methods can be found in the 'Payment Methods' at the top of your PDF invoice. You can also check your invoice and payment history in the Billing page of your TheWebsites account control panel or the Invoices & Reports page of your AusDomains Domain Manager

Credit Card and PayPal payments can be made to outstanding invoices via account control panel after login. Payments are usually not taken over the phone, except in rare circumstances. 

Please note:
- Bank Transfer payments typically take 1-2 Business Days to clear
- Cheques processing times can be extended as a result of the need for postage and bank processing.
